Friday 19th Mar - Monday 22nd Mar: Entries Close Thur 18th Mar 23:59 5K RACE IS FOR U13 & U15, 10K IS FOR U17 UPWARD, minimum age is 11. Be considerate to others by keeping a minimum of 2m distance at all times when passing in public. Do not drive somewhere to run - stay as close to your home as possible. ALL RUNS MUST START AND FINISH AT AROUND THE SAME POINT (200M LEEWAY FOR GPS ERRORS) - EITHER LAPPED OR OUT AND BACK. LAPPED OFF-TRACK COURSES MUST NOT INCLUDE LAPS OF LESS THAN 1KM. NO POINT TO POINT RUNS DOWNHILL COURSES ARE NOT PERMITTED - NO MORE THAN A 10m NET ELEVATION LOSS WILL BE ALLOWED. RUNS MUST NOT TAKE PLACE ON A TRACK.
