Hi all,
Here are the people who we have so far who have agreed to run on Saturday 23rd. As you can see we are still well short of the amount of teams we would like to send.
The event is a real opportunity to showcase what our club is about.
Each runner in the team will run approximately 5km on tarmac paths in a park, much like Bute Park (essentially a parkrun!) and then hand over to their teammate to run the next leg. For those of you that have run the Welsh Relays in Pembrey, you know the format already.
We will provide a bus and the team bonding, you provide the daps and the effort. I promise it will be worth it!

Please, please consider running on the day. Being fast is less important than being represented. If you are of age, have a club vest and are available you should really be putting yourself forward for this.
As Mick Mckeogh said, it's an opportunity, not a threat!
