Mens Teams for the Masters Relays
I have entered 4 teams for the Masters Road Relays but truth be said, we are desperate for 4 more m35+ runners to make the “youngsters” team or at least more runners to complete it as a mixed age team. Currently there are only 3 of 6 runners needed for this team.

The bus will be leaving Llandaff Rugby Club at 7.00am as we need to be in Birmingham (Sutton Park) by 9.30am. We aim to leave Birmingham around 4.30pm and be back in Cardiff around 7.00pm. Each leg is approximately 5k on tarmac paths within the park. Please confirm that you are coming on the bus and if you have any other questions please let me know.
