Volunteers needed for the Summer Series 1 mile this Friday 29th April from 6.30 pm onwards.
Meeting at the Stables on Pontcanna Fields ready to take position for a 7pm start. I need 3 or 4 marshals, a timer, a finish team (2 preferably) and a few spares in case of emergency so around 8 or 9 people.
Let me know if you can help please.

Just to confirm what I told you last Saturday - I can help with all the Summer Series events. I'll come down on my bike so can be anywhere on the course.

Summer Series 1 mile helpers:
Hi all, here are your helpers for the night. Please give them your thanks if you can possibly speak through the mile!
Race starts at 7.30pm (not 7pm as I kept saying) so please meet at 7pm just down from the stables on the Spine Road in Pontcanna Fields.
Paul Chapman and Jozie Postles I have you both as timers (backup to the chip timing) so you will need the parkrun volunteer app downloaded.
Gafin Griffiths: Turn 1 (River path to Wall Path)
Lolly Evans: Turn 2 (Wall path to Spine Road) Cross
