Does anyone want to buy my old (2005) Giant mountain bike? It's recently serviced in terms of miles since service, has new front mech. Not great condition but a new rear cassette and chain and it'll be ok. Make me an offer?

Sounds like a nice bike, I would have gone for that but I have found that given my circumstamces electric bikes are my best bet.

Its handy for me because its a 26 mile round trip to work and I dont have showers. This means I can cycle home.

I just updated my bike to a Peak mountain bike. It does up to 15.5mph unassisted which is ok if you wrap up warm going in then running kit coming home.

Some may laugh but I think it helps me to cross train and gives me more versatility. I have no intention of atempting a Triathalon with it. BigGrin

I will ask around in case anyone is interested mate.
