If anyone can help out with either or both the Summer Series 1 mile on Friday and the Castles 10 mile on Sunday could you please let me know. I'm rather short for both at the moment.

Hi Phil,
I am hoping to run the summer series and I will be attempting to set a time fast enough to be considered for the vets team for the Castles.
However if I am too slow to be picked for the vets for the castles (as seems likely) then I would be able to assist in any way required on the Sunday.

Sorry, I have misunderstood the request. I will be runnig the Castles 10 mile on the 4th May so I am unable to assist with marshalling.

Hi Phil,
I can help at the 10 mile run on Sunday. I previoulsy opted to help out at the Cardiff Bay 5 on Monday - would it be ok if I run it now? If you are still short I will help.

For those who can help on Friday could you be over in Pontcanna Fields for about 7pm, and for Sunday could you be at the Start for 9.15am
