Il be there, normally get there for 18:30 to warm up and start at 19:00. It's really good and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Is anyone going to the track this week (tomorrow)?

I've never been before and would like to try it and would really appreciate if someone could give me some pointers on track etiquette, admission procedure and the like.

Cheers,
Nick.

You have plenty of speed already from what I have seen but regular track work will only improve on that.

Its a good bunch that go down there and I'm sure they will answer any of your questions.

I like to be 100% fit for the track because of the stresses it puts on your body. Im opting for an easy ten and hopefully hill work on Thursday.
