I just looked at my race history and realised I'm running the best I have for 3 years in all categories! Im always looking for something to spur me on and this has got to be evidence Im doing something right.

I have done my best to stay consistent, increased my long run from 10 to 16 miles Blushing and sorted out an underlying health problem. If I can keep doing regular races and speed work sessions and gradually increase my volume I'm hoping to get my holy grail and hit a PB on the Cardiff Half! Smile

Im just gutted I cant do the Cardiff 10km because I have an awful record for 10km and I think I would smash it.Crying

One thing I have learnt about running though is you cant take anything for granted.Unsure
