Problems logging in. Tried to retrieve password but said that I wasn't recognized. Tried to reset my account but was told I existed. Tracey Newman

Tracy, you need to check your email for the message that has been sent to re-set your password. I have activated this again. Check your spam folder too in case the message is there. The email could be in your spam Tracey. If not we can change it manually to a temporary password and email it to you, then you can change it when you log in.
We don't need to start a new account from scratch.
