I have to be honest, but I am going to hold out and see what it is going to be like in the morning. So if I am not there by 09:30, you know I will be taking the easy, dry option in the gym. If I see you though, I will probably do the same as I did last week (8 - 9 miles), ribs getting better but still hurting a little.
Hopefully be back to normal by this time next week.

The rain made quite a welcome change as I've been spoilt living in the Barry microclimate.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for curbing my natural enthusiasm for steep climbs and reminding me of the track on Wednesday.
Fabulous to see Ralph Davey back and enjoying a gentle ten miles in the park this morning.
