Can you help! Can`t log in- and can`t re-register as it comes up that the username is already registered! Can you reset for me?

Hi Amanda,
Apologies, but I am having the same problem as Julie. I'm trying to register under a new e-mail address, but it states that the username is already in use. I know I did have a previous username, but cannot remember the particulars, so therefore it will be easier to wipe the slate clean so that I can re-register.
