Another chance to sample the delights of the Coq Noir with your friends.
This has proved very popular with many - a long run in great company at conversation pace.
It also gives me the chance to say good luck to many of our members running marathons this weekend - at Snowdonia and Frankfurt.

I plan on doing 10 miles on Sunday so I may go a bit of the way with you. See you at 9:30.

I think the answer to your question is yes, Katy. It's the entrance to the park and there is a café - I just never knew the name. Look forward to seeing you and anyone else. The more the merrier.

Great run this morning!

Thankyou Mick, Marcus and Gethin for a great training run.And well done to everyone who turned up!

A nice carefully paced 16 miler with great company. Could feel it in my legs a bit at the end but I hope its the start of my fight back into a steady and consistent training regime with any luck!

I hope everyone has achieved their targets in their races over the weekend! Smile

Glad to see that while some of us are having an easy time visiting places like Snowdonia for the weekend, that you had a good run this morning. After feeling really strong at the end of Snowdonia, I can put it down to these Sunday runs, so the hills really do pay off eventually and look forward to being part of them from next week!

Well there you have it! Conclusive evidence that the Coq Noir can seriously improve your endurance!
Perfect conditions this morning and thanks to everyone who was there.
Hope to see us back up to our usual numbers next week.
